Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 18, 2026 · Applies to Penmark

Penmark aims to make the site as usable as possible for everyone, including people with disabilities. We value accessibility and work to improve the site over time.

Current accessibility status

The site is a service operated by a self-employed individual. It currently relies on the exemption under Regulation 35ו of Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, which applies to a business whose annual turnover is below the threshold set in the regulations. As required by the regulation, the ways to contact the business are published accessibly on the site (see below).

Even so, effort has already gone into making the site as accessible as possible, including: semantic page structure, high colour contrast, clear fonts, full support for Hebrew and right-to-left (RTL) direction, and compatibility with mobile and desktop browsing.

Known limitations

Some of the site's outputs are images or PDF files of handwriting — by their nature these are visual outputs, not screen-reader-readable text. This is an essential characteristic of the service (turning text into handwriting), not an accessibility defect.

Updates to this statement

This statement will be updated as the site's accessibility status changes (for example, when activity grows beyond the exemption threshold).
